L’ Università Europea per lo Spazio seleziona studenti per le attività del progetto Erasmus + UNIVERSEH   

Nell’ambito del progetto Erasmus+ UNIVERSEH 2.0, associato all’Alleanza delle Università Europee per lo Spazio (European Space University of Earth and Humanity), l’Ateneo di Tor Vergata seleziona studenti e studentesse da inserire nel Consiglio studentesco di UNIVERSEH per partecipare alle attività previste dal progetto.

I tre studenti vincitori della selezione rappresenteranno l’Ateneo nei lavori di gruppo, workshop, conferenze ed eventuali viaggi in collaborazione con gli studenti appartenenti alle altre università del network europeo UNIVERSEH.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR TOR VERGATA STUDENTS

University of Rome Tor Vergata is looking for 3 members to join the UNIVERSEH Student Council.

University of Rome Tor Vergata is a partner of the Erasmus+ Project UNIVERSEH 2.0 (see info below), which includes students at the center of decision-making process and activities. For this reason, a representative body has been created within the partnership: The Student Council.

Its goal is to ensure that the perspective of the students is always included in the implementation of the UNIVERSEH 2.0 vision. It is composed of three students (one student enrolled in a Bachelor Degree Course, one in a Master degree Course, one PhD student), representatives for each partner University.

What will be your role as a member of the Student Council?

   • actively working with the representatives of the other UNIVERSEH Universities as part of the Student Council, giving input to the UNIVERSEH vision and discussion;

   • actively participating in at least one of the UNIVERSEH working groups;

   • taking part in the workshops/conferences organized by the Alliance;

   • dedicating sufficient time to the on-line meetings (tentatively 10 hours/month), willing to be engaged in European travels.

The ideal candidate should:

   • be fluent in English;

   • be enrolled in courses related to Space domain (all fields included: science, engineering, economics, business, social and human sciences, entrepreneurship, medicine, art and humanities)

   • have good communication and organizational skills;

   • have an open and inclusive mind, willingness to take initiative.

It will be an interesting opportunity for the selected candidates to further develop their own student career. Their efforts will be provided on a voluntary basis but, all the expenses related to UNIVERSEH 2.0 travels and any other initiatives, will be covered by the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

About UNIVERSEH 2.0

UNIVERSEH is an Alliance of seven Universities from seven European countries in which Tor Vergata University has been taking part since January 2023. UNIVERSEH was established in November 2020 to develop a new kind of collaboration in the field of Space within the new “European Universities” initiative, promoted and financed in its second edition with UNIVERSEH 2.0, by the European Commission (EC) within the Erasmus+ Programme.

UNIVERSEH 2.0 Project’s duration is from 01/11/2023 to 31/10/2027.
