American Express, ricerca un/a giovane laureando/a in Economia Aziendale, Ingegneria Gestionale o Finance da inserire all’interno del team Finance di Payback.

Payback è il nuovo programma fedeltà multipartner di American Express, pensato per premiare acquisti quotidiani e non solo. Al programma aderiscono, tra gli altri, Carrefour, Esso, Mediaset Premium, BNL, Mondadori, Booking, Ebay.

Il Tirocinante, inserito all’interno del team Finance, avrà la possibilità di svolgere il progetto formativo supportando, tra le altre, le seguenti attività:

  • Gestione inter-funzionale del processo di chiusura mensile del reporting
  • Preparazione e sottomissione del forecast mensile
  • Analisi di scenari di business alternativi al fine di valutare iniziative di partnership/investimenti
  • Supporto alle analisi “rischi/opportunità” sulle diverse tipologie di Business
  • Collaborazione con le funzioni del Team Finance centrali per la preparazione/sottomissione delle dashboard di financial e dei KPI mensili

È richiesto inoltre:

  • Dinamismo, proattività, piccata attitudine al problem-solving e ottime capacità analitiche;
  • Orientamento al risultato nel rispetto delle scadenze, curiosità e attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel avanzato)
  • Conoscenza dei fondamenti di planning, forecasting e costruzione di modelli finanziari
  • Attitudine a lavorare in team e in gruppi inter-funzionali con le funzioni di Business
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata

For our headquarter in Rome, we are looking for an intern who will support our Travel & Lifestyle Services Team, that delivers travel and Lifestyle services to the Company’s Premium Customers.

Within the Innovation, Quality and Training Division of Travel & Lifestyle Services, the intern will provide support in the daily management of customer requests through the following activities:

  • Support in back-office activities in the Travel area, with daily analysis and reporting;
  • Support in quality control on sales and bookings;
  • Support for the organization of training events with the main partners;
  • Support the team in collaborating with the Marketing team in the realization of official communications.

 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow the deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular an advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and a basic knowledge of Access;
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken);

 

Finally, curiosity, ability to work in team, attention to details and results orientation are necessary.

The position is Responsible for the support to the Third Party relationship Team in order to maximize the efficiency of the whole team with a specific focus on Vendor Performance Monitoring, Efficiency and Closure of Screening alerts, Optimization and accuracy of information in Amex Database

You will support the team in the execution of the following tasks:

  • Vendor Performance Monitoring KPI and Framework
  • support the team for data analysis and presentation preparation for internal and external meeting
  • support to manage the operative procedure of alert management
  • support to run analysis about the production environment to improve data accuracy

After the stage the resource will be able to know the Third Party Life cycle management of the Vendors, he/she will acquire knowledge about infrastructure and processes related to a financial institution operating as issuer and acquirer, he/she will acquire presentation skills/ analytics skills supporting in internal/external presentation and providing reports / analytics.

You are the perfect candidate if:

  • You are fluent in Italian and in English;
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You are a strongly motivated person, with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude;
  • Any previous experience in the field would be considered as a plus.

American Express, società leader nel settore dei pagamenti a livello globale, ricerca un/a giovane laureando/a in Economia e/o Ingegneria Gestionale e/o in conseguimento di Master in Marketing da inserire all’interno del team Value Generation.

 

Il Tirocinante, inserito all’interno dell’area Marketing, avrà la possibilità di svolgere il progetto formativo supportando il team Partnership e Marketing, nelle seguenti attività:

 

  • Preparazione, revisione e sottomissione dei materiali di comunicazione e formativi in conformità con le procedure aziendali;
  • Analisi dei risultati di Acquisition e di Retention per tutte le compagnie assicurative partner;
  • Gestione autonoma dei flussi giornalieri di trasmissione dati con finalità di Leads Generation;
  • Supporto tecnico inter-funzionale per garantire la correttezza dei flussi di dati tra le varie piattaforme;
  • Monitoraggio ed analisi dei livelli di customer satisfaction tramite gestione di un tool dedicato.

 

Al termine del progetto formativo, il tirocinate avrà avuto,  quindi, la possibilità di avvicinarsi alle principali dinamiche del Marketing ed ai principi finanziari alla base dell’emissione di Carte di Credito.
