Octo Telematics ricerca uno Stageur da inserire nel team di Governance & Service Assurance. Lo stageur sarà impegnato nella progettazione ed esecuzione del programma “Voice of the Customer”. Il programma è volto a i) rilevare la qualità percepita dai clienti; ii) definire le azioni per migliorare la qualità attesa; iii) guidare le strategie di business

Lo stageur supporterà il team di “Service Performance Management & Voice of the Customer” nel rilevare e rappresentare efficacemente la “voice of the customer” attraverso l’utilizzo di applicativi software dedicati.

Sono condizioni necessarie: ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, buona capacità analitica, ottime doti comunicative, teamworking, ottima conoscenza di excel e power point. Saranno preferiti i profili che conoscono strumenti SQL
